After sleeping for 12 HOURS, I am feeling pretty good. Today is my rest day, but I am going to hit the gym anyway for a mini workout (TOM..ugh).

Day One

Day One of Training:

Results: 2.00 Miles - 30:14 mins - 4.00 speed - 15:00 mins per mile

Feeling like crap...how in the hell I am going to make 13.1 miles??

FYI my feet feels good with my new shoes!!

ASICS Men's GEL - Nimbus 11 Running Shoe - Retail $99.99

Found a use (look like new) pair of  running shoes from the Local Goodwill in Buckhead ( Running Town): ASICS Men's GEL - Nimbus 11 Running Shoe. The only reason I buy Men's Running Shoes because I wear size 12 W- 13 . Darn Flat Feet....LOL Anyway, there are some great reviews on Amazon.com (Retail: $99.99) and the best thing is that it only cost me $6.37 !! Why spend $100.00 in running shoes, I am going to wear them out anyway??
