Back in the Game

I visited my old forum "Low Carb Friends" . I had to get back to my roots. Ok here is my plan...

Workout Plan:
Monday - Friday - A.M. Work out at the Gym (20 - 30 mins Cardio)
Tuesday & Thursday - P.M. Kettlebell Workout

Eating:
  1. 30-40 carbs or less per Day. No pasta, rice, bread and grits =)
  2. Make sure to drink water consistently throughout the day. Making sure I have at least 1 clear urination per day.
  3. Eat smalls meals throughout the day.
I will post my weight every Saturday on my Weightloss Ticker.

Let see how this will work for me.... again..
