Workout Plan:
Monday - Friday - A.M. Work out at the Gym (20 - 30 mins Cardio)
Tuesday & Thursday - P.M. Kettlebell Workout
Eating:
- 30-40 carbs or less per Day. No pasta, rice, bread and grits =)
- Make sure to drink water consistently throughout the day. Making sure I have at least 1 clear urination per day.
- Eat smalls meals throughout the day.
I will post my weight every Saturday on my Weightloss Ticker.
Let see how this will work for me.... again..
