Day One

Day One of Training:
Results: 2.00 Miles - 30:14 mins - 4.00 speed - 15:00 mins per mile
Feeling like crap...how in the hell I am going to make 13.1 miles??

FYI my feet feels good with my new shoes!!

  1. I wish I could walk that fast! It takes me like 20 min to walk a mile! I have foot problems though but even I didn't I would still be a turtle!
