Yesterday at the gym, I tried out the Cyberx 750A ARC Machine. According to PeerTrainer forum, this "duck walk" style machine was design to burn more calories than the elliptical machine WITHOUT the knee & hip stress. Well baby...this machine is the TRUTH!! I was pushing really hard for 15 mins and I had burn 284 calories!! No stress on my knees what so ever!! 5 band stars to Cyberx 750A!!
